Welcome to Holly Hills Rest, a newly remodeled 3-bedroom home in Denver that's perfect for family and friends. Enjoy convenient access to popular attractions like Elitch Gardens, Ball Arena, Mission Ballroom, Denver Zoo, Denver Aquarium, Coors Field, the Art Museum, the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Cherry Creek Mall, Red Rocks, Meow Wolf, the Children’s Museum, Empower Field, Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, the VA Hospital, Anschutz Medical Campus, and Children’s Hospital.
Holly Hills Rest
The modern layout comes with 2 dining areas, 3 king beds, a sleeper sofa, an air mattress, and a fully equipped kitchen. Located as the upper unit of a two-unit property, each unit has its own private entrance. The only shared space is the public street parking. Please note that there will be a tenant in the unit below.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT:
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
Guest access:
Upon confirmation, guests will have exclusive access through the front door to the entire upper level. Detailed instructions will be provided for a seamless arrival. Experience a warm and inviting atmosphere upon entry, with a cozy living room featuring plush seating and a large flat-screen TV. The adjacent dining area offers a stylish table seating over six, perfect for shared meals and creating lasting memories.

We ensure a superior guest experience by professionally cleaning and sanitizing the home after each stay. High-quality linens and towels are provided for your comfort. Enjoy complimentary amenities including Wi-Fi and cable TV. Ample parking is available for multiple vehicles, ensuring convenience throughout your stay.

This place is very cozy and clean and in a great location for what we had planned. The host was always quick to respond. I would recommend this home if you are looking for a nice place to stay in Denver.

The place was great. Dogs barking downstairs but I beleive the owner addressed it with them as it seemed to get better. If it had a washer and dryer, we would return regularly.

We had a great time here! Jeffrey is a great host and the location was great. In fact we’re already planning to come back again soon! Perfect space for our kids and a great yard for the dog and kids to run in. Highly recommend.
